Branding is a logo, a mark, or neither. Where there is no image, the name is used, so nothing ever renders broken.

Depot setup · offload bays

Which routes each bay accepts. One setting, four consequences: the bay picker an operator sees, the bay stamped automatically on a received bag, the routes his board shows, and who receives that bay's close-out. A bay with no routes accepts every route.

Vehicles

The fleet the Route Configurator offers. Rows from My Data are managed there and refresh within a sweep; a vehicle added here is BoxRoom-local until My Data learns it.

Admin activity

Every change to a user, and every PIN reset, with who did it and when.

Priority list for

Unscheduled collections for the chosen day. Add sites one by one below, or drop a list (e.g. Shop2Shop's) exactly as it arrived. No editing, no saving as CSV. The route always comes from the site's own record.

Endpoints

Read only. These are the endpoints published in your organisation's name, the keys that exist for them and who has been calling. Creating, changing and issuing an endpoint is done by TNC Software.

Every saved query, live or draft. A live endpoint cannot be edited in place: a customer's integration is written against a frozen contract, so a change is a retire and a re-freeze, taken deliberately.

1. Describe what they need

Plain English, in the requester's own words. This becomes a plan you can correct by hand below, never a query anybody can send us. The model is not configured, so build the plan by hand.

2. The plan

What the endpoint returns. Correct anything here; nothing is sent until you say so.

3. Scope

Set here, never in the plan, and re-checked on every single call against what this partner holds at that moment. An endpoint with no depot cannot go live: an empty scope must never be read as "everything".

4. The sample

Run through the production path, at the scope above. What you see here is exactly what the endpoint serves.
